Warsaw, Poland
Yesterday, after a bit of head scratching and aimless wandering around, Santa and Sparky finally found the correct sequence of symbols and the boutique with the missing envelope.
Soon the sleigh was flying high in the sky again, this time on the way to the Warsaw entity in Poland.
“Santa?” asked Sparky, “What are your plans for Christmas Day this year?”
But before Santa could answer, they suddenly found themselves in the middle of a heavy snowstorm. With visibility down to near zero and the sleigh having developed a technical problem, there was only one thing for it: an emergency landing.
Back on the ground again, Sparky cried, “Oh no! Now what?”
“We’ll have to find the substitute sleigh, Sparky … I know it’s near here somewhere.”
Sparky and Santa looked around and soon spotted a small hut in the near distance. “Let’s try over there,” said Santa, and set off through the thick snow with Sparky following behind him.
The hut turned out to be a small workshop and in it an elderly elf was busy tinkering with NGK spark plugs. He invited them in for a cup of tea and said, “Old habits die hard. I used to work for Niterra and spark plugs are still my passion.”
Santa quickly explained their predicament while the elf listened intently. The trio tried to figure out where the substitute sleigh might be.
The helpful elf handed Sparky an old map with coordinates and said, “Perhaps this will help you find the other sleigh to continue your journey.”
