Two years ago, Santa was kidnapped and locked up in the RHQ building in Ratingen. Luckily, he met Sparky, the friendly spark plug, who helped him escape, recover the stolen presents and save Christmas. From that adventure a strong friendship grew and last year Sparky visited Santa at his home in the North Pole. Together they faced many more challenges to track down missing gifts and make sure they reached children around the world in time. This year, Santa and Sparky are meeting again at the new RHQ building in Ratingen to deliver Niterra presents throughout the EMEA region.

RHQ, Ratingen, Germany
On this grey December day, Sparky was standing at the entrance to the RHQ building, looking out onto the currently empty forecourt. He was nervous and kept looking at his watch every couple of seconds. He was waiting for Santa. And Santa was late.
Where had he got to, wondered Sparky. Had he run into turbulence or bad weather? Had he got lost? Sparky was beginning to fret.
But wait! What was that? Was that the sound of sleigh bells coming closer?
To Sparky’s immense relief, he finally saw the first reindeer break through the thick cloud cover, followed by the sleigh and Santa himself.
While Santa was landing the sleigh, Sparky already ran out to greet him, crying, “Santa! There you are! I thought for a moment you weren’t coming! I’m so glad to see you, how are you, how was your flight?”
Santa climbed down from the sleigh and embraced his friend. “Good to see you, Sparky, and sorry about the delay. We had a few technical hiccoughs along the way. But we’re here now, ready to start delivering presents throughout the entire Niterra EMEA region.”
Once they’d unloaded the presents for the staff at the RHQ, they quickly began to prepare everything for their journey, with Santa bearing a long list of things to do. But just when they thought they were ready, they discovered that Santa’s amazing magical compass had gone on the blink and was refusing to show a route because the needle was stuck!
Turning the compass over, they found a tiny combination lock with letters on it.
